Health And Beauty Are Interwoven

Internal beauty is important than outward beauty. There is a phrase "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". It’s not about size, shape, color, sex, or age, it speaks about the inner beauty which reflects on ones face.

To make your skin glow and look healthy treating your skin with natural ingredients is good but when you include exercise in your daily routine it will help you more.

Exercise will keep you fit and healthy. Proper blood circulation will give shine to your skin and hair. The muscles will be relaxed which even relax your face muscles and your face will be wrinkle free. You can do meditation which will help in keeping you relax and cool.

Drink several glasses of water a day. Your body uses it to flush away impurities that otherwise will come to your skin surface.Drink lots of water. It's what goes on the inside of your skin instead of what goes on the outside of your skin that makes the real difference, and water is the most economical beauty trick.

Drinking enough of water will also reduce eye puffiness. When a person is dehydrated the body starts storing water as a defense system and this will add to puffy eyes, so drink around 8-10 glass of water daily to get rid of puffy eyes.

Get enough sleep. Make sure you get enough sleep with regular timings. If your eyes are puffy in the morning, go straight for a cube of ice. Wrap it in a paper towel and hold it over each eyelid for a few minutes. The cold will reduce the swelling.

Place strips of grated potato under your eyes to help reduce swelling. Strawberries and cucumber can also help.

For a clearer and more vibrant well-toned skin mix the tomato juice with honey until it appears sticky. Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck. Wash it after 15 minutes.

Try these tips and look beautiful.
